A Fairfield man has been charged in connection with the murder of Denise Lissette Ramos, 22.
Julian Jefferson, 20, has been charged with capital murder. Jefferson, who is stationed at a naval base in California, is currently in federal custody on a charge for a crime unrelated to Ramos’ murder.
Ramos, also of Fairfield, did not show up to her job on March 28.
