I went back to school on Tuesday, Aug. 6. Students will start back next Wednesday, Aug. 14. I’m so excited to get to know all of my students this year. Meet the Teacher will be held on Monday night, Aug. 12. I always enjoy meeting all of my students each year. I like to start building a relationship with them from Day 1 and see how much they grow throughout the year.
This is my 14th year in education. So much has changed over the years since I started teaching. I love what I do and being able to work with the students every day. I just pray that I can have an impact on my students. All of my students are more than a test score.
Things are about to get very busy again with all of the sporting events and extracurricular activities. I love going to all of the events and taking pictures that can be cherished as memories.
