Free meals will continue for TISD students

Teague ISD board members and administrators know they have to feed their students’ brains as well as their stomachs.

To that end, board members agreed during the July 30 meeting to continue to provide one free breakfast and one free lunch each day. Additional breakfasts may be purchased for $1.50. Additional lunches can be bought for $2.50 at the elementary campus and $2.75 at the junior high and high school campus.

Adult breakfasts will increase to $3.30, but adult lunches will remain the same at $5.
