Teague High School Ag teacher Leana Gore recently attended the Texas FFA Foundation’s Lead Series.
Through the program, teachers traveled more than 1,300 miles, visited 17 businesses and organizations, and learned from more than 48 expert presenters. This initiative exemplifies the foundation’s ongoing commitment to finding innovative ways to empower educators and their communities.
“We are grateful that Leana had the opportunity to participate in our 2024 LEAD Experience Program,” TISD Superintendrnt Chris Skinner said. “Our teachers had an enriching experience, gaining valuable insights into leadership, branding, core values, education, public policy, and agriculture.”
