The Teague Lady Lions went 1-1 this past week to improve to 18-14 overall and 4-3 in district play.
On Tuesday, Oct. 8, Teague traveled to Fairfield to begin the second round of district play. The Lady Eagles won in three straight sets, 25-9, 25-22, 25-19.
Teague hosted Aggieland Home School in a non-district match on Friday, Oct. 11, and won in five sets. After falling in the first set 25-23, the Lady Lions came back to win the next two sets 25-21 and 26-24. Aggieland Home School won the fourth set 25-21 to force a fifth set. The Lady Lions won 15-5 for the home victory.
