Football and volleyball playoffs are right around the corner. Basketball practices are already underway and games will be here before we know it.
It is getting darker a lot sooner now. Don’t forget that time changes on Sunday morning, Nov. 3.
This week’s Bible verse is 1 Chronicles 16:34. It says, “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.”
No matter what we are going through in life, we need to give thanks to the Lord. He is always there for us no matter what we are going through; good or bad.
As this month comes to an end and November approaches, I encourage you to take some time to think about what all you have to be thankful for. Not only should we be thankful at Thanksgiving or the month of November, but all the time.
If we really stop and think, God has provided so much for us and has given us so much. Throughout this month, make sure to thank God for all that he does and tell those around you what a blessing they are to you as well.
We really and truly do not know what someone may be dealing with in life. On the outside, we may look like we have it all together, when in reality, we are falling apart on the inside.
Throughout the month of November, I encourage you to do something for those that God has put in your life. Leave a little note of encouragement or a little appreciation gift for those that you work with on a daily basis. Let them know that you appreciate them and all that they do.
My prayer for us this week is that we will always be thankful and let others know that we are thankful for them as well. Until next week, make Him famous in all that you do!
