Emily Evans, Teague ISD assistant superintendent of Finance and Operations reported that the district scored an A with a 98 out of 100 on its Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST) rating during the School Board meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 22.
All board members were present.
There are 19 financial indicators reviewed each year and scored based on Texas Education Agency requirements.
