The Hendon House, located on the corner of South 9th and Elm Street, will be a stop on this year’s Tour of Hojes.
The house was originally built in 1909 by Dr. J.B. Gordon. Gordon owned and operated his office out of the house and also owned a pharmacy in town.
His son, Lucian Gordon, was the pharmacist here in town.
