The Teague Lions basketball team went 0-2 in district play last week.
Teague was beaten at home by Buffalo on Tuesday, 53-42. Brayden Leija led Teague in scoring in that game with 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting in 28 minutes of action. Then on Friday, Teague traveled to Groesbeck and lost 69-56. Leija again was Teague’s leading scorer with 14 points on 5-of-12 shooting from the field in 28 minutes.
