Funeral Services for George “Woody” Woodruff Jr., 77, will be held on Sunday, March 23, at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Teague. Brother Scott Matthews will officiate. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery with U.S. Army Honors.
Visitation will be held at Bowers Funeral Home on Saturday with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m.
George “Woody” oodruff Jr. was born to George Humphreys Woodruff Sr. and Bonnie Cox Woodruff on Aug. 12, 1947, in Teague. Woody passed away at his home in Teague on March 18, 2025.
