Fairfield Mayor Bobby Nichols reported that the city might get a patrol dog for the Fairfield Police Department at the City Council meeting Tuesday, April 8.
Nichols said he believes it would assist the schools greatly.
“I hope we can make it happen,” Nichols said. “It would be great for the city.”
