Fairfield hosted the Athens Hornets on Friday, Aug. 16, in their first scrimmage for the season.
“We had a good scrimmage against Athens,” Head Football Coach John Bachtel said. “Our boys were physical and played hard. We executed well on offense and we ran to the football on defense.”
There were definitely some highlights from the scrimmage for Fairfield.
