The school year is officially over. The past several weeks, I have attended multiple banquets and the students in Freestone County have earned some amazing honors this year.
Graduation for Fairfield and Teague are tomorrow Friday, May 23. I want to wish all of the graduates the best in all of their future endeavors. I had the honor of attending the Fairfield scholarship ceremony and they awarded over $1 million in scholarships.
There are just a couple more weeks before the Freestone County Fair which will be held June 16-21. There will be plenty of fun and events happening all week long for families and friends to enjoy.
