Elizabeth Pillans, a 2025 graduate of Fairfield High School, is ready to show at the Freestone County Fair one final time this month. The 103rd Annual Freestone County Fair will be held at the W.L. Moody Reunion Fairgrounds in Fairfi eld June 16-21.
Pillans has been showing at the Freestone County Fair since her freshman year of high school. This will be her fourth year to show heifers.
This year, she will be showing her heifer Sassy and her baby, Miss Priss. She had been working with Sassy since August 2023 so for nearly two years. Miss Priss is four months old.
