Community National Bank & Trust of Texas Acquires CapTex Bank

Community National Bank & Trust of Texas announced last week the successful acquisition of Cap-Tex Bank, marking a major milestone in the bank’s continued growth and commitment to community-focused banking.

The acquisition adds five established branches in Fort Worth, Bonham, Leonard, Melissa, and Trenton to CNB& T’s portfolio, bringing the total number of locations to 18 across Texas.
