Oh my, we certainly experienced a heat wave last week! We want to express our gratitude to our dedicated volunteers who deliver Meals on Wheels for us no matter what the heat index is! A special thanks to Steven Center and Sue Allison for going above and beyond by adding extra days to their regular schedules to deliver meals to the homebound.
We are also thankful to Toni for her generous donation of a large container of powdered coffee creamer. She consistently looks for opportunities to support our Center.
We had a double blessing that day! Crystal Richardson, our liaison with Bristol Hospice Pathways, surprised us with a large supply of Bingo prizes. She is a wonderful sponsor and always brings us a fantastic assortment of gifts.
