The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its annual Fuzzy Peach Festival at the Freestone County Courthouse this weekend, July 18-19,.
The Freestone County Go Texan committee will be holding their cornhole tournament on Friday night, July 18. Cost is $25 per person. Registration opens at 6 p.m. and bags will fly at 7 p.m. There will be a street dance on Friday night as well. Live music will be performed by James Hollingsworth from 8:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. There will be local vendors and food trucks set up at 6:00 p.m.
The festival will take place Saturday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be vendor shopping, food trucks, face painting, crafts, water slide, slip n slide, mobile Carter Bloodcare and more.
