I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to those who consistently bring special treats to the center. Thank you, Peggy, for providing two containers of Folgers coffee for our dining room and backup. Carl, your large box of oatmeal cream pies is much appreciated. If you manage to catch him early in the mornings, he might be willing to share; otherwise, good luck finding his hiding spot! I also want to acknowledge our Anonymous sponsor for the delicious apple fritters and jalapeno sausage rolls.
A special thanks goes to Chance Holman for his help volunteering last Friday; he was so helpful in both the kitchen and dining room. We’re lucky to have him join us, especially since he has band practice early in the mornings and school is starting soon.
We thoroughly enjoyed our regular Bingo session last Wednesday, which was made even better by the generous array of prizes provided by our Anonymous sponsor. It’s great to know that we have an abundance of prizes, candy, and other goodies for our games.
