Dana (Tate) Maggard took her oath of office and was sworn-in by 87th District Judge Amy Thomas Ward to serve as the Freestone County Auditor on Monday morning, July 28, at 8:15 a.m. in front of family, friends, and colleagues.
“I am honored to accept this position and look forward to serving the community in this capacity,” Maggard said.
Maggard is replacing Karen Craddock who resigned last month on June 6.
