Connie Cline Hall was born on December 30, 1956, in Teague, Texas, to Madeline Bond Howell and James 'Pete' Howell. She was the fourth of five children and had two sisters and two brothers: Cheryl, Mike, Tim, and Tammy. Connie grew up in Waco, Texas, and attended Church and school in Waco, with frequent visits to her grandmother Rilla Bond in Teague, Texas.

She was an athletic runner in school. In her young teenage years, she was a free spirit who was too young to leave. She and her girlhood friend Donna, contented themselves with being free spirits close to home.

She met her husband David Charles Hall in Teague, Texas, and they shared 27 years of marriage. They had one daughter born to them named Kylla Denise.

Connie held several job titles throughout her adult life. The skill she was probably most pleased with H all learning was around age 50 as heavy equipment operator for the City of Teague.

Connie knew Jesus as her Savior. She loved her family and friends dearly. Her grandchildren and great grandsons were bright rays of sunshine in her life. Her favorite holiday was Christmas. She loved gift shopping, wrapping, and giving. Connie had a talent for old fashioned home cooking, with panfried chicken a specialty. She had a vast knowledge of classic movies, actors, and actresses. The TV show 'Gunsmoke' and character Matt Dillon were some of her favorites. She enjoyed going on cruises. Especially during the past year, she enjoyed getting together with her sisters, Cheryl and Tammy, brother, Mike and sister-in-law, Leora, and her good friends Donna and Russ, and Garva and Steve, and chatting with good friends Brenda and Sharon. She and Donna got to be the free spirits they dreamed of as girls and went traveling and made wonderful memories.
