The Fairfield ISD School Board adopted the 20252026 proposed budget and proposed tax rate at their meeting on Monday night, Aug. 25.
FISD School Board President Kevin Benedict thanked the staff for their hard work on the budget and working with the numbers, especially with all of the legislature updates.
The board approved the 2025-2026 proposed budget of $20,535,305. This is a deficit budget of $500,247.
