The No. 19 ranked Lady Eagles of Fairfield swept the Palestine Westwood Lady Panthers in three sets, 2519, 25-22, 25-15.
Wortham Lady Bulldogs traveled to Italy to play a match with the Lady Gladiators. Italy put up a fight, but Wortham came out on top in four sets, 2516, 24-26, 25-22, 28-26, for the win.
