Breakfast with Santa will be held this Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Green Barn in Fairfield from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m. September is almost over. Before we know it, Thanksgiving and Christmas will be here. The Freestone County Game Management Banquet is on Saturday night as well.
It is my favorite time of the year as the weather cools off. It has been a hot summer for sure. I love the cooler weather and all of the Christmas decorations. I love the traditions that we have and do from year to year. More than anything, I am reminded that Jesus is the true reason for the season. It is a time of giving and I pray that I can be a blessing to others during this time of the year as well as throughout the entire year.
