Ten Fairfield High School twirlers are advancing to the state competition after competing at Regionals on Saturday, Sept. 20 in Fairfield. Advancing to state are Sienna Miller, Emily Robertson, Naomi Owen, Haddie Owen, Lauren Scott, Ava Gann, Caleigh Taylor, Davie Pickens, Ivy Wren, and Ava Gallegos.
“I am so proud of them for advancing, it is not easy to receive a first division rating,” Director Jami Jones said. “You must have an almost perfect performance.”
Twirlers must earn a first division rating to move on to the State Solo and Ensemble competition held in Pflugerville, Texas in May.
