County Auditor Dana Maggard opened five sealed bids from construction companies for the Freestone County Courthouse Restoration Job: HCS Commercial General Contractors, RKJ Construction, Phoenix One Restoration & Construction, Premier Construction, and Stoddard General Contractors.
Companies submitted a base bid, but also an alternate #1 bid to include the additional cost of a fire suppression/sprinkler system.
