Both the Fairfield Lady Eagles and Eagles claimed the title of District Champions at the district cross country meet held on Wednesday, Oct. 8, in Fairfield.
“I’m incredibly proud of our cross country teams for winning district and advancing to regionals,” Coach Dani Scires said. “Their dedication, perseverance, and teamwork have been inspiring to watch all season. The amount of miles and hours they have put into this program is remarkable and deserves to be celebrated.”
Addison Shipley claimed first place individual for the varsity girls. Imani Brackens took 3rd, Madison Russell 4th, Gracie Russell 8th, Kailey Cortez 10th, and Serenity Tedder 11th.
