Dear Editor, On September 17, the Times

ran a message from Stephen Miller, who is President Trump’s Homeland Security Advisor. Using his title, this is official federal government information, from which official federal governmental policy will spring. For that reason, we citizens should strive to understand exactly what Mr. Miller is talking about.

Miller opens by informing us that “there is an ideology that has steadily been growing in this country.” Every political belief system is an ideology, so our only clue is that this one is “growing.” WHO is it, holding this “growing ideology”?
