Funeral services for G. Lynn Hall, age 65, were held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home in Teague. Mr. Russell Hall officiated. Cremation followed the services.Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.Lynn passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at his residence in Ennis.He was born in Palestine on January 22, 1960, and grew up in Teague, and attended Teague schools with the class of 1978. After high school, Lynn enrolled in Diesel Mechanic School at the Lincoln Institute in Denver, Colorado. He was a skilled diesel mechanic his entire working career and worked for Leon’s Garage in Teague, then R.O.C. Gasses in Jewett, before working for Matheson until his retirement. Mr. Hall enjoyed motorcycles, playing golf, “piddling” in his garage, but most of all spending time with his grandchildren and the love of his life, his wife, Ronda C. Hall. He married Ronda on October 18, 1996, and shared almost twentynine years of marriage together. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Deidra L. Hall and Shawna Diane Hall both of Waxahachie; two sons, Jeffery T. Fogle and Ronnie W. Fogle both of Grapeland; five grandchildren, Austin Mason & girlfriend Lydia, Kyrsten Hall, Caleb Hall, Bailey Young, and Maddox Hall; two brothers, Russell Hall & wife Sabrina and Wesley Hall & wife Melissa; his mother-inlaw, Jeannie Cater; two sisters-in-law, Dedria Tanton & husband Chester and DeWanda Dubbin; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.Mr. Hall was preceded in death by his parents, Gaylon & Ruth Hall; and one brother-in-law, Lloyd Dubbin.Please visit our website at www.bowersfuneralhome. net to sign the memorial guestbook or to leave a message for the family.
