There are currently 16 scarecrows around the Freestone County Courthouse decorated by area businesses and organizations for the fall season. The scarecrows are a part of the annual contest hosted by the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. The scarecrows will remain up through November 1, so be sure to stop by the courthouse and look at all of them.
