Cross Country teams in Limestone and Freestone Counties competed last week at regional meets in Huntsville and Arlington, to hopefully continue their season at the state meet. Results from those meets are listed below.
The Coolidge Yellowjackets CC team competed at the Region II Class 1A meet held in Arlington last week. The Jackets concluded their great season, finishing 13th out of 20 teams. Devonta Johnson had the best finish for the Jackets, finishing 24th out of 143 runners, with a time of 19:56.15 in the Mens 5,000 Meters.
Fairfield, Groesbeck, Mexia, and Teague competed in the Region III Class 3A meet in Huntsville.
