The Teague Lions hosted Huntington on Friday night, Oct. 31, and tamed the Red Devils 50-0. The win moves Teague to 2-2 in district play and 5-4 overall.
“I’m always proud of our boys when they ‘fight the good fight’ and play with effort and energy; that is the expectation,” Coach Zachary Linscomb said.
Teague has 210 rushing yards on the night. Ny’land Coaster led the way with 101 yards. Mario Cuevas added 49 yards, Jayden Brown 35 yards, Braden Gauntt 11 yards, Nathan Hurst 10 yards, and Garrett Winkler 4 yards.
