The Fairfield Eagles won the Golden Eagle Run and the Lady Eagles grabbed second on Saturday, Sept. 28.
“The meet went great. We had a lot of kids run their personal bests this season,” Coach Dani German said. “This made us all very excited for the district meet next week.”
The varsity boys took first place overall with some new personal records. John Kuzmich placed first; Jerry Draper, fourth; Collen Loviette, fifth; Noah Hoskins, eighth; and Christian Sanchez, ninth.
