David Utsey retired on Wednesday, Nov. 26, as the Fairfield Chief of Police after serving for over 33 years in law enforcement.
Utsey left the Freestone County Sheriff’s Office in 2023.
“I thought about getting out of law enforcement, but it just gets in your blood,” Utsey said.
