The Fairfield Eagles hit the court this past week and went 3-2 on the week.
On Tuesday, Dec. 2, the Eagles defeated Lovelady 50-31. Kavion Hicks led the way for the Eagles with 15 points. Madden McElroy added 7, Kohl Collins and Tylan Davis 6 each, Jeremy Brackens 5, Braylan McMillian and Davonte Alexander 4 apiece, Zaylan McMillian 2, and Connor Colvert 1.
Fairfield competed in the Athens Tournament over the weekend, Dec. 4-6. On Thursday, the Eagles defeated Kaufman 48-47 before falling to Tyler Legacy 62-48. On Friday, Fairfield lost to Marshall 54-40. The Eagles went back to Athens on Saturday and brought home an 85-65 victory over Palestine.
