The 77th Judicial District Court is set for today, Dec. 18, at the Freestone County Courthouse at 9:00 a.m. The Honorable Judge Roy Defriend will be presiding.
At 9:00 a.m., a temporary orders hearing will be heard for the Pena-Borter children, Zachary Allen Borter (P) and Jennifer Pena (R).
A temporary orders hearing will then be held for a Johnson child, Bryan Calvin Johnson (P) and Amber Nicole Johnson (R).
