The 77th Judicial District Court will be held Wednesday, Jan. 28 at 9:00 a.m. at the Freestone County Courthouse. The Honorable Judge Patrick Simmons will be presiding.
At 10:30 a.m. a defendant’s motion to dismiss cause of action will be heard by Trey Dalton Bates, Indi Inspections LLC V. James David Bates, Larry David Bates, Josh Carroll, and Jayce Black.
A TRO and T.I. heating will then take place for James David Bates V. Trey Bates.
