Both the Fairfield Eagles and Lady Eagles took second place at the Cross Roads Powerlifting Meet on Thursday, Jan. 15.
In the 105 division for the girls, Auren Adams took third and Grace Stephenson fifth. Mackenzie Allen placed second in the 114 class. In the 123 division, Riley Stone brought home the gold. Bry Willis and Aaryn Morgan grabbed first and second respectively in the 148 class. In the 242 division, Callie Morgan brought home first place and Olivia Trejo third place.
For the boys, Francisco Espinosa placed third in the 132 class. In the 148 division, Austin Solis and Gage Wendt grabbed first and second place respectively. Logan Williams took second and Bradley Schick fifth in the 165 class. In the 181 division, AJ Garcia grabbed third place. Arturo Limones garnered third place in the 198 class. Mason Edwards and Kaden McCrory brought home the gold and silver medals respectively in the 220 division. In the 275 class, Hunter Kuehl won fourth.
