The Eagles grabbed first place overall as the Lady Eagles took second place overall at the Fairfield Powerlifting meet held on Thursday, Jan. 29. Outstanding Lifters were Gage Wendt – Boys Lightweight Platforms, Riley Stone – Lightweight Platforms, and Callie Morgan – Heavyweight Platforms.
For the boys, Francisco Espinosa took third place in the 132 class. In the 148 division, Gage Wendt won the gold. Logan Williams grabbed first place, Bradley Schick third place, and Grayson Easter fifth place in the 165 class. In the 182 division, AJ Garcia won the silver.
Arturo Limones placed third in the 198 class. In the 220 division, Mason Edwards won the gold and Kaden McCrory the silver. Brison Barrett won first place in the 242 class.
