Four Fairfield High School football players have signed to continue their football career at the college level. These signings took place on National Signing Day on Wednesday, Feb. 4. Those signing to continue their football career were Kohl Collins, Finn Smith, Kavion Hicks, and Brayden Thornburg.
“I’m very excited that the boys are going to further their education and continue to play football at the next level. They have earned that right,” Fairfield Head Football Coach John Bachtel said. “These young men have been a vital part of the Fairfield athletic program the last four years. They have put in many hours of hard work to be able to play football in college. I believe they will succeed because of the support they have around them at home and in the community. I love these guys and will miss them.”
