PHOENIX, AZ – Times Media Group (TMG), a leading community news publisher with operations across the Southwest, and Moser Community Media – also known as Texas Local Media Company – jointly announced the acquisition of Moser Community Media’s portfolio of 32 community newspapers serving markets throughout Texas.
The transaction became effective on Monday, March 2.
