The Teague Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its Member & Community Awards Banquet on Friday, April 10, at 6:30 p.m. at the Tri-County Golf Club at the Vineyards.
The theme for the evening is “The Roaring Twenties”. It will be a funfilled evening with dinner, music, and community awards. Tickets are $25 each and the Chamber is asking for citizens to RSVP by March 31.
Nominees for Citizen of the Year are Bill Bowers, Brittany Brown, Carol Estrada, Corey Turner, Crystal Adams, Katy Pate, Kim Thompson, Mabry Steen, Mary Lee, Pablo Zamora, Phillip Williamson, Sally Gregory, and Stephanie Burns. Businesses in the running for the 2025 Business of the Year are AXC Dump Truck Services, BRI RR Museum, Brookshire Brothers, Chadus Garage, Circle Hardware, Closed on Sundays, Freestone Credit Union, Hurst Candle Company, Rancho Nuevo, Stephanie Burns - Farmer’s Insurance, Teague Histori- cal Preservation Society, Teague Mart, The Honeysuckle, Texas Farm Bureau - Brittany Brown, Texas SideCar, Tri-County Golf Club at the Vineyards, Withrow Furniture, and 3W Auto.
