Moore Ranch BBQ Wins Freestone County Go Texan Cook-off

Twenty-five teams competed in the Freestone County Go-Texan BBQ cook-off on April 24-25 at the W.L. Moody Reunion Fairgrounds in Fairfield. When all was said and done, Moore Ranch BBQ - Tyler Moore walked away as Grand Champion and $1,875 and Turnbo BBQ Company - Dwayne Turnbo as Reserve Champion and $1,250.

Toni Olenick - Smokin’ Hot, 11.) Benjamin Dockery - Stabbin Wagon, 12.) Randy Jeffcoat - Rocking J Running W Cookers, 13.) Chad Whiteside - Cash Money Services, 14.) Gerardo Villarreal - 8 Seconds BBQ, and 15.) Jay Jeffress - J.R. & The Cadillacs.
