Dr. Michael Patrick Gallagher, the former Medical Doctor of Luxe Med Spa in Wortham, turned himself in on Wednesday, April 29, on 25 charges, including murder, in the death of Jenifer Cleveland from July 10, 2023. His booking comes a day after Amber Libhart-Johnson turned herself into the Freestone County Jail.
