Debra Lawrence and Lovie Whyte were sworn in on the TISD school board for another term at the TISD school board meeting on Tuesday evening, May 19. There was no election because the two ran unopposed.
The board voted to keep the board of trustees positions as they were. Jeff Gonzales will continue to serve as President, Debra Lawrence Vice President, and Lovie Whyte Secretary.
The board approved paying the current bills totaling $196,685.25.
