Fairfield Police Chief Albert Gallegos recognized Officer Joseph Tinsley of the Fairfield Police Department for his outstanding professionalism, dedication, and service to the community at the Fairfield City Council meeting on Tuesday evening, May 12.
During his duties on March 23, at 3:30 a.m., Tinsley had to apprehend a violent subject who was burglarizing vehicles in the Thousand Oaks addition.
Gallegos said that Tinsley demonstrated exceptional judgement, integrity, and commitment during the arrest.
