Last week was pretty quiet at the center. I’m really grateful for having a nice air-conditioned space where we can meet, grab lunch, and enjoy our activities. Big thanks to everyone who volunteers and delivers meals to our homebound, rain or shine. It’s always fun to kick off the month with Erin sponsoring and calling bingo last Wednesday - she really lights up the room with her cheerful personality and smile. Plus, we have a great selection of prizes to choose from.
Big shout-out to the cooks at Fairfield Senior Center for the delicious lunches last week. Some of our usual folks were missing - hope to see them back soon. Just a headsup, the Teague Center will be closed on Friday, June 19. Father’s Day is on Sunday, June 21.
