I would advise folks that have the time to drive up to Hubbard on highway 171 and then at the interchange take the county road off to the east and drive around the AI project under construction. You can also drive into the southern end off Highway 171 on a county road to see all the work. It is a dead end and you will need to turn around and come out after seeing hundreds of large earth moving equipment busily at work. I am going to guess there will be somewhere in the range of 5,000 acres in this project and when finished the cost will be in the billions. The AI investment in the U.S. and the rest of the world will be the largest relative expenditure the world has ever seen dwarfing nuclear development, the interstate highway system or WWII. There seems to be no limits on the funds available to be poured into these projects, just like the Israelites in the Sanai Desert when getting ready to eat, unlimited food came out of the heavens. I really hope it works out as failure will be catastrophic.
