On Thursday, June 4, CyrusOne broke ground on their newest data center campus in Freestone County, Texas, alongside local officials, educators, community leaders, project partners, and residents.
“While the ceremony marked the start of construction, it also marked the beginning of what we believe will be a lasting partnership with the Freestone County community,” CyrusOne said. “The event reinforced our belief that responsible development extends beyond the project itself. By supporting education, workforce development, and community programs, we’re helping create opportunities that will benefit the community long after construction is complete.”
CyrusOne would like to thank Freestone County Judge Lloyd Lane, Fairfield Mayor Bobby Nichols, their partners at Calpine and Rogers- O’Brien Construction, and everyone who joined them to celebrate this milestone.
