Kiercely Strange enjoys competing at the Freestone County Fair every year. Strange, who will be an eighth grader at Teague Junior High in the fall, has been participating in the fair since she was in the third grade.
On Monday, June 15, Strange showed off a UTV cattle cuber. She said that the project took about 72 hours to complete. This was her second year to show in the Ag Mech Show. Last year she made a garden gate.
“Being in ag mechanics has taught me that practice helps me grow,” Strange said. “This year’s project is way better than last year’s. I showed growth for sure. It’s a lot of fun and I will continue doing it.”
