It was a short, yet enjoyable week at the center, with a closing on Friday, June 19. The weather cooperated perfectly with the annual parade, fair, and rodeo in Fairfield this year.
We are always prepared for Bingo mid-week and appreciate Krista Ball from Teague Nursing and Rehab for sponsoring last Wednesday’s session. Her generosity and willingness to share her time are truly commendable. We invite everyone to join us not only for Bingo but also any day from Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for morning coffee and a hearty lunch. Bring a friend and enjoy a game of dominoes.
Lesa Wells with “Angels Care Home Health in Palestine” delivered a timely and informative talk on “Hydration.” Lesa surprised us with an adorable special guest, her granddaughter, Evelyn. They treated us to a delicious assortment of cookies.
